Data from Joe Baugher, ADSB Exchange (ADSBX), Twitter, ads-b nl, and airport-data. Tables of data are in collapsible tables and you can open them as you see fit to see the complete data for a given fleet.
ADSBX provides single or multi aircraft tracking as well as up to 60 days of history for a single plane at time. Twitter is... Twitter... But using it with TweetDeck or something to that effect you can build who boards of plane tracking that will track your needs as you sleep or run for coffee. ads-b nl provides histories going back up to 3 months in some cases as well as providing some detailed information about specific planes. airport-data is similar to ads-b nl but without the history and in most cases more detailed information. Be sure not to rely on just one source as some of the data across the sites is wrong and requires cross referencing to be sure. Some JetPhoto's links exist, but have no images, so if you're just looking for that, sorry.
Custom Queries can be formed by attaching IACO Hex codes to a structured query. For Twitter, you can use the UI to search in the format "AE01D8" OR "AE01D6" OR "AE01D7"
where the " "
specifies the exact Hex to search for and the OR
allows you to add multiple hex identifiers to queries.
For ADSBX, you take the standard tar1090 link and add ?iaco=
and each Hex should be separated by a comma so it looks like https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=AE01D8,AE01D6,AE01D7
for example.
This would track the RC-135S Cobra Ball Fleet on both twitter and ADSBX, but you can make your own queries to track what you want with this method.
Finally, before I go on, thanks to David, Jack, Chris, Nathan, John and Steffan for helping with building the dataset.

Track the enitre USAF fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
Track the enitre NATO fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
Mission
The mission is simple. Airborne Warning And Control System, sometimes also called Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C). The goal is to provide aircraft with long range radar to monitor contacts up to 400Km away and identify if a contact is a friend or foe. It allows fighter aircraft to remain as quiet as possible from an EW perspective before engaging with bandits. You may seem the refered to as MAGIC or OVERLORD in various places on the internet.

O – Observation
OC-135 Open Skies
Track the enitre fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
Mission
The Open Skies Treaty allows participant nations to fly pre planed overflights of another participants nation and take photos potential military developments that a nation may see as threatening with the goal that seeing such forces up front and sharing the data that was found, this can lead to threat reduction. The OC-0135's fly this mission. Based at Offutt Air Force Base as part of the 55th Operations Group in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron with the wider O/RC/TC/W-135 fleet where a total of 2 are operated.
R – Reconnaissance
RC-135S Cobra Ball
Track the enitre fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
Mission
The greatest aircraft known to man, with the coolest mission possible! Chasing ballistic missile launches! Using MASINT with an array of optical cameras and SIGINT with an array of antenna's it can accurately gather range data and ensure treaty compliance. Based at Offutt Air Force Base as part of the 55th Operations Group in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron with the wider O/RC/TC/WC-135 fleet where a total of 3 are operated. In the past, several were forward deployed to Shemya Air Force Base in Alaska but since the end of the Cold War this has ceased and today you generally find one forward deployed to Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan.
RC-135U Combat Sent
Track the enitre fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
Mission
The Combat Sent is the god of ELINT. With it's vast array of sensors, it locate, identify and analyse electronic emissions from air, land and sea forces. Based at Offutt Air Force Base as part of the 55th Operations Group in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron with the wider O/RC/TC/WC-135 fleet where a total of 2 are operated.
RC-135V/W Rivet Joint
Track the enitre fleet via Twitter and ADSBX.
16 out of the 17 in Inventory are accurately listed. I am quite confident that 62-4126 is an RC-135W but there is confusion in the sources as to which of the following, 62-4126 and 62-4127, is an RC-135W and which is a TC-135W RJMT.
Mission
Rivet Joint is broadly similar to the Combat Sent, but it's main goal is SIGINT. While it can also do ELINT, it's not it's main task because one of the major uses of Rivet Joint is the near real time relay of intelligence for analysis. Based at Offutt Air Force Base as part of the 55th Operations Group in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron with the wider O/RC/TC/WC-135 fleet where a total of 17 are operated.

The inventroy should only have 33 planes. 5 are configured as TU-2S, two are configured as NASA ER-2S and the remaining 26 should be U-2S, but I make a count of 27 total rather than 26 based on data from Joe Baugher and Airport-Data.
Mission
The all weather, high altitude, ELINT, SIGINT and MASINT machine! Built for the Cold War to get intelligence where it could get imagery when there was no other way to flying today still and still doing it's work. Based out of Beale Air Force Base as part of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing where 26 are operated in 3 squadrons, the 1st, 5ht and 99th Reconnaissance Squadron's, with forward deployments in RAF Akrotiri, Osan Air Base and Anderson Air Force Base. W – Weather/Atmospheric Reconnaissance
WC-135 Constant Phoenix
Mission
Affectionately called the "Nuke Sniffer"! It works by catching radionuclide in paper filters that can be analysed to determine what a given nuclear weapon was made from and potentially also what ratios of them elements were used. It also works to ensure compliance of the Limited Nuclear Test Ban Treaty and can help detect emissions of nuclear materials from civilian and military sources that make it into the atmosphere. Based at Offutt Air Force Base as part of the 55th Operations Group in the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron with the wider O/RC/TC/WC-135 fleet where a total of 2 are operated.
Currently, the fleet is in a state of flux. As of the 13th of Nov 2020, 62-3582 is officially retired and to be scrapped but three KC-135R's are being refitted to fill the capability gap. The details for the spesific's come from page 147 of Bob Archer's Super Snoopers
